i've been doing some cosmetic work on my car so it's been sitting for about two days. yesterday when i went to start it i couldn't get anything, no headlights, radio nothing. I just replaced my battery because the one i had was bad so the one on there is brand new and still nothing. any suggestions on what it might be, i fucken hate electrical problems. thanks.

Check your positive and negative connection to the battery to make sure they are tight and clean. Next check the ground connection to the block.

If you are getting NO power to the car it is most likely a bad connection.

thanks i figered out what it was my ground to the block wasn't tightened all the way i guess there wasn't enough contact. thanks for your help. i had another question the other day the samething happened and i just jumpstarted the car and everything was fine. could it be that something drains my battery?

That could have been caused by the bad ground as well. You may want to have your charging system tested just in case.
