i have an 1995 mustang gt was driving and my car stop at a light got a jump and it start knocking like something broke its real loud even at start up checked water and was full then took apart motor and water was coming out the head bolts so i checked the oil and half agallon of water came out can some one tell me if i blow the bottom end up are is it just a blown head gasket

the head bolts go through the coolant, and the heads hold coolant in them, so if you didn't drain the oil and coolant before taking the heads off you can't tell.

you say you took the motor apart, well how do the rod bearings look?

if it was knocking it was probably because of something physically wrong, keep looking until you find a problem.

i only got to take the intkae and heads off dont no how the bottom end is yet if i take off the oil pan can i see if anythings wrong

If you got the heads and intake off then I would just pull the shortblock out and have a look see.

You can fish the oil pan out of there but it is alot of work when you basically have the motor out now.

if the water was separated from the oil, it wasnt run mixed, it was poured in separately. a car run with a blown headgasket makes milkshake
