I have noticed this on some Fox's that I have seen around. They have Coilovers in the Front and 4 Cyl Springs in the rear. What Gives??

Weight transfer...and the car will sit a tad lower.

so does it still handle well and is it for streetable use ot just drag?

Still streetrable. It's a poor-mans drag setup.

Thanks. What rear springs do you recommend for a street fox with eibach sport front coilovers?

streetable is anything that you're willing to put up with.

I have 4cyl springs and Strange adjustable Shocks/Struts on my car, the fronts are set full soft and the rears are set at 3. I still have my front and rear antisway bars. And my car is perfectly streetable (but then again im not a carver)
I was taking 25MPH turns at about 35-40 and the car felt totally controllable
Oh and I have skinnies in the front

i thought it was 4cyl springs in the front that was the poor mans drag spring set up?? is it the rears? anyone know approximately how much 4cyl springs all around would lower the car?

anymore input on the 4 cyl springs? good to run all four for the poor man's drag set up or either just front or rear?

I believe the 4cyl rears are single rate and the GT rears are progressive

I have had 4 cylinder springs with drag struts and shocks and it seem very streetable with skinnies, and I have had 4 cylinder springs with blown struts and shocks with Ponies and it sucked for daily use.

I had the following
4 cylinder front springs
Lakewood 90/10's
No front sway bar
The car was looser than a tenderloin district hooker.
I will never again run a drag oriented suspension on the street.
