Anyone know of a good shop/welder that can weld my torque boxes, subframe connectors, and axle tubes?

at what rang in hp/trq does this start to become a issue?? is it nesessary to reinforce mildly modifyed cars?

It's an issue on any car that's been beat on. I've seen stock 5.0s with trashed torque boxes.
