i got one of these along time ago its blue and is for foxbody but i dont know what it is set up for can anyone tell me whats on it and who do i take it to not going on any of my coupes just want to know so i can sell on ebay

I think without the sticker your sol. I dont think they even have a serial number so you can call the company. I just got 50 dollars for that one on e-bay.

can they be recalibrated or is it a one time deal if you know i know for fox but thats it

I think they could be re flashed but am not sure if they still can. It looks like the one I sold started as a A9S and then had a new sticker for a A9P. I could not find any info on there site or pretty much anywhere when I was selling.

That's the old superchip which don't do much to help increase performance... the new SCT chips (different company) are way more advanced and actually help performance.
