Any ballpark ideas of how much lift i could get away with in a 351w with stock pistons and edel performer 1.90 heads?

i would only go with a TFS stage 1 cam , just keep it simple

im curious to know what the biggest lift cam anyone has actually tried.

Clay it up with the stock cam now and see how much clearance you have. The decide on the cam. Clearance is usually an issue with timing events (duration), not lift, because the piston is in the hole when the valves are at max lift anyway.

You dont have a roller cam block so are you going with a flat tappet cam or doing a roller converison? I wouldnt think that you could get much over .500 lift but it depends on how big the valve notches are in the pistons.
