Does anybody know if 2 hi-flow cats are smog legal at a test only or has passed with 2 cats instead of 4. The stock 4 cat wont clear my suspension.

Yes, it's legal depending what shop will accept them via the visual inspection. I failed at a local shop that was by the book and found a shop in Sac that had the smog after market legal specs.
" If you need a stock set to smog your ride you can barrow my set at your disposal as long you give that SHIT BACK. lol

You should be able to go with after market cats.I have 3 good cat pipes if ya need one...
