i am looking at a set of black leather front seats out of a 04 gt. Will they fit in a 88 hatch? any modifications needed? any info would help

they will bolt in with minor to no modification, i know someone that has a set of leather sn95 cobra seats front and rear for cheap.

they bolt in, but with stock `04 seat brackets on the front seats your drivers side seat bottom will be raised about 2 inches over a fox seat.
with a fox seat bracket swapped onto the seat it will be about 1" to 1.5" taller than a fox seat.
I couldn't live with it in my car, but I'm 6'5", my left leg would hit the turn signal lever whenever I used the clutch.
