I'm looking into getting a cam but I'm not too sure how much lift I can go with before running into valve clearance problems, and any Recommendations would be helpfull [Smile]

Also has any one ever used World casting Windsor Sr. 200 cylinder Heads?

Engine specs:
69` 351W Stock but rebuild with flat top pistons and stock cylinder heads with 1.6 ratio roller rockers and a Edlbrock performer intake topped off with a 650cfm Speed demon carb.

I'd pick something in the .480-.490 lift, 228-230 duration range. If they are true flattops, you may need to clay the tops to check the clearance....and don't forget you need gears in the rear end if you don't have them already...like 4.10's!

If I have Notched flat top pistons would I be able to get more lift?

Heres a pic with my headsoff, (not sure if there notched or just standard flat top)
