Does anybody know of a smog only station that will smog a car that has mods that are carb legal and HCI. I've tried a few they wont do it. Still got four cats and and all smog equip. Any help needed.

Call Mustang Ranch in Santa Clara and ask them where they send their test only cars.

you could give the BAR a call and setup an appointment at a smog ref station, they actually charge less than most test only stations and don't freak out over mod's as long as they are CARB legal.

Dude what happened when you failed? I figured they would impound your car or refuse to register you.
