Anyone know the average compression height of a flat-top 347 stroker piston for a stock block?

if u have a 0 decked block and a flat top piston, cr is going to rely completely on the cylinder head

This should help, it has many different CC configurations. i ran the small dish to get 9.2:1 since I plan on running a blower on my 91 someday. Flat tops are usually used on NA 347s.
