i have a 88 gt! i have a 302 with an E-303 cam with heads and 24lb. injectors and a 255 fuel pump in the tank! i want to change the cam, but want something with more power! i talked to acouple of guys and they told me that the F-303 and the X-303 cams are good! NOT LOOKING FOR THE SMOG LEGAL ANYMORE! was worried but not anymore! any ideas or advice? let me know! thankz

Don't worry about a cam caausing you to fail on the new dyno smogs.
My 347 passes with 600+ lift and 236 @ 50 intake duration and 242 @ 50 exhaust lift. large cams actually help the egr affect on dyno smogs, thus reducing NOx.
FYI, I was a smog tech for 5 years +

does that hold true with the modular motors? would something like a comp XE270AH in a 5.4L 2V have a shot in hell of passing do you think?
