Which way did you install the t-stat? Sensor to the motor or radiator?

Does it overheat while you are driving or while you are stopped? What sort of fan setup are you running? Did you make sure to get all of the air out of the system when you installed all the new parts?

it may be an air bubble in your cooling system. Let the car sit on a slant like your driveway and take the radiator cap off. Let the car idle for a 5-10mins...It worked for me last time when my car kept over heating. I tried replacing everything (10 degree lower thermostat, t-stat gasket, waterpump, radiator etc.) like you did when it was something so simple...Hope it helps you out
