mustang lug pattern is 5x114.3 or 5x4.5, so if the buick has the same lug pattern then yes they will bolt up. Offset determines how much the wheels are off from the center. Postive offset means the wheels will likely stick out more towards the fender and a negative offset usually results in a deep dish look. You need to see if the buick has the same bolt pattern first then mounted it if it does and see how well they sit.
