lets draw this out for you in terms you might be able to wrap your brain around.

smog shops can be fined more than your house is worth for doing what you just put out in public for all to view.

police and other law enforcement personal have just as easy access to reading information here as you do.

I'm thinking your "hook up" wouldn't appreciate you advertising his illegal activities in a public forum.
