You should be able to tackle the install if You have a basic tool set. Just take Your time and follow the instruction's. Try to get one of Your friend's to give You a hand.

those 2 things you pointed out are for your pvc
if you take off your stock upper intake you'll see what all of the lines are for, you have to disconnect them all to take your upper intake off

and how do i remove the throttle body plate assembly on my stock intake to transfer it over?.Hope 1 of you can help me out as i am trying to finish this up Driving around in the mini van sucks

Go to Ford and purchase a new PCV and screen. They will fit in there tight, no sealant needed.
On the throttle body spacer, use a rubber mallet to break it loose.

rubber mallet did nada.

Then use a hammer and be careful. Nothing special to it, it's just rusted, so to speak, to the intake.

try some liquid wrench, works awsome, even on 50 year old exhaust components!

I got my original throttle body off the stock upper using a long, strong screwdriver as a chisle with a 5lb sledge, worked my way around until it was all busted loose.

pm me your address and number and I'll stop by sometime over this weekend with my vert so you can see and compare your install with my installed intake, same.
We'll get the egr spacer seperated as well, if not I'll take it with me to RPM and they'll get it off. When I picked up my last intake I had the same problem and could not get the spacer off to save my life. I ended up taking it to RPM, before I worked there, and they got it off.
Either way, it'll be taken care of.
