I'm close to completing the install of a March A/C Eliminator Kit on my 1993 mustang and had one question. The kit requires that the mounting stud found on the driverside head be used, however, my car didn't have one because the previous owner removed the a/c and had installed a ford racing A/C delete kit, which now does not work for me because the belt rubs on itself on top of the W/P. So here is my question, I have an extra driverside stock head laying around and was wondering what is the easiest way to remove the stud or is the stud something that I should just buy at my local hardware store, and that's if they even have it? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you already have the stud and just want to remove it just buy a stud remover:

my local Ace hardware owned hardware store carries automotive studs in the bolt aisle, you'd probabaly want a 7/16" stud, they're like $1.25
I bought a bunch to replace all the studs on my headers and h-pipe a few months ago, worked out great.

are you running all the pulley's with the exception of the ac compressor and relocation of the P/S pump? you might just need a new belt becuase they do stretch over time.

That is correct, I'm running everything except the ac compressor. It wouldn't rub before, but that was because the previous owner had an extra idle pulley added to the supercharger bracket. However, when my other mustang was stole, the bracket with the pulley were in it, so there goes that. Now, I have tried various belts trying to stay with the ford ac delete kit, however, the belt ends up rubbing whether it was Dayco belt or Gates belt. As a result I decided to buy a March eliminator kit because it repositions the tensioner just like this:
