Did you try charging the battery?

if the car turns over it would not need a battery as he said in his post the coil has power it just has no spark he changed the coil ,dist ,battery,

might be a long shot but check the fuel pressure you might have a problem there.

some ford's have a swich on the throttle body that sense full throttle engine off for cranking test its called clear flood mode as long as your on the gas and cranking the car will not start I'd check if your car has that option and if so test the circiut.

I know you said the starter turns the engine, but how do you know the battery has enough amperage in reserve to turn the engine fast enough? I suggest you rule that out first by checking the voltage drop on the battery while cranking. Anything less than 9.8 volts will generally condemn the battery and lead to a no-start condition. Smart thing to do would be to take the battery to a parts store that has a Midtronics starting/charging tester. Yhat test will tell you everything about that batteries condition. This should be free service. If you wanna be lazy and do it at home, a quick way is to turn on all accessories(AC,Headlights, stereo, etc) and crank the the car over. If your headlights dim noticeably or blink out, it's the battery. Always rule out the easiest things first since they are the first to be overlooked.

check the battery and make sure it has enought juice to crank the engine over.you can take the battery to kragen or a autoparts store and they should be able to charge it for you.
also my ques is how would the cars intake be flooded with fuel on a efi equiped car? i thought only carbs can be flooded by pressing on the throttle. while not running.i know when you turn to KOEO the fuel pump goes on to pressurize the fuel lines and bring fuel to the injectors but the injectors dont start spraying fuel till the cars running.
