i got a CBP extreme series triple hook quadrant and firewall adjuster, and i already have a steeda adjustable cable. im goin to be installing all of this and i wan needing to know which hook to use...or just anything that would help me with the install.

If you use the top hook or hook closest to the firewall, you'll get a fast release and quicker engagement, but that's not too smooth....If you use the lower hook, you'll actually get more leverage and smoother engagement which would be best for a daily driver...The middle one is obviously inbetween the two....

Choose which ever YOU like the most and what suits your driving style....

The problem I had with a BBK quadrant (single hook) was that the last hook was too tight and the clutch would not disengage. I ordered a Steeda double hook quadrant and it solved the problem.

ok so come to find out my car already has a steeda double hook...which is best the one closest to me or the firewall. i also have a adjustable cable and firewall adjuster...what are some good starting points on the cable and firewall adj. then i can fine tune from there???
