anyone know how to get rid of a squeaky clutch?...no code red or anything just a little curiousity which shouldnt kill that cat...i was wondering if i should spray WD-40 on it or somehting... [dance]

squeeking means the throw out bearing is going out.

wd40...use that on your mountain bike, not your car.

whats happens if it goes out?...how much does it cost and where can i get one asap...thanks a bunch...and i was kidding about the WD-40

ford dealer, about $40 or less.

you have to pull the trans to swap it, if you dont do the work yourself then figure at least 4 hours labor to R/R the trans at $80/hour.
