I've noticed theres these 2 hooks on the h-pipe,it looks like the located around the end of the transmission, since my car is a single pipe car, how does these attach on the later fox's! is there some kind of bracket that goes on the tranny mount or something? thanks for looking.

i found a pic, is this part seperate from the mount/crosmember?!

Those 2 hooks are for the exhaust hangers...

they sit underneath the tranny mount and if you pull the crossmember out, you can take that bracket off that has the hooks on it....
