Alright guys, on my 91 GT I took off my kenne bell and the 42ibr's, it ran fine with it on there except for ideling at times, but I put the cobra intake and the stock injectors back on, and now it cranks and turns on, but it idels to about 6000 rpm and turns off right away. I'm stuck, I've already tried changing the TFI module, what else should I be looking at?

Serious vaccum leak. First thing I would check in the uppper to lower intake gasket alignment.

Yeah I have the 1 inch spacer, tried with that, and the other regular gaskets, but no progress. Any other sensors or the computer, don't know the symptoms of that.

Are you using two gaskets with the spacer? Also, check your vaccum lines. I had the exact same problem. It was my upper to lower gasket not being seated properly.
