Might need more info [Wink] Does it run for a few seconds, a minute, did you do any repairs, change anything does it do anything else thats not normal?

WELL I WAS RUNNING A COBRA INTAKE THEN SWITCHED TO A TRICK FLOW BUT I HAD TO RUN THE STOCK EGR FOR A WEEK SO LAST NIGHT I PUT ON THE EGR PLATE NEW GASKETS AND IT WILL RUN IF I KEEP IT GOING AND MAYBE IDLE 15 SEC THEN DIE DONT HEAR ANY VACCUM LEAHS NO CHECK ENG LIGHT

If it was running fine prior to swapping in the EGR plate, I'd look at that as a possible problem. You used the correct gaskets and not stockers, right?

only the egr to manifold was stock but honed it to match the egr opening

Id say that gasket to the manifold is the problem I held a stocker up to a 70mm the other day and if you honed it to match I dont think thered be enough to seal. Thats your "weak point" and weak points always cause problems I say fix it and leave the "rigging" to silicone pimps like me [Wink]
