Is it possible to get a cobra upper intake on a 351 lower? Or to they sell a cobra intake for a 351?

You need a GT-40 lower (351 specific). It will bolt right up to a Cobra upper.

What he said, but you don't want a tiny cobra intake on a 351 unless you're building a truck or towing motor.
