i pulled my codes and i need to know if anyone knows how to fix them?

21. cooling temperatue sensor out of specified range or ECT out of range.

24. intake air charge temperture ACT IAT sensor or vane air temerature VAT.

31. EVP or PFE circuit below minimum voltage.

67. neutral drive switch NDS circuit failure circuit open or A/c input high

it does not work its all the way down it never goes up

it probably does work, your thermostat is probably stuck open.

its never worked when i got the car and i just put a new thermo and water pump on

ok, well you need to verify what the temp really is, have you cleared all the codes and then see what comes back?
