I have oil leaking from a few of the bolts that are above and below the spark plug cover. They look like they have a rubber gasket under them. Anyone know what part number they are and what they are called? Also has anyone else ever run into this problem and fixed it? Thanks!

You need new valve cover gaskets.

Here is a picture of the bolts. You can see 3 of the 4 bolts that are located below the black spark plug cover

It's a spark plug cover gasket. Any parts store/dealer should have it.

In a pinch you can clean it up and use a bead of silicon.

So do I have to take the whole valve cover off or can I just take the bolts out and replace the rubber grommets?

Take the screws off the spark plug cover and the gasket should be exposed for you to match up to the new one.
