That part I am refer to is located on the side of the throttle body facing the front of the car. It has a plug on it. I think it might be bad because when I unplug it, nothing happens.

same answer, its the Idle Air Control motor

Yeah, it is the one shaped like a cylinder with a plug at the end of it.
