I BOUGHT ME THE 1988 T-TOP MUSTANG OF CRAIGSLIST IT WAS THE WHITE ONE WITH THE HALO SEATS I GOT A HELL OF A DEAL ON IT . WELL THE CAR IS AN AUTOMATIC BUT I WANT IT TO BE A 5SPEED WHAT DO I NEED TO GET CAN ANYONE HELP OUT. THANKS

You need to get the tin plate that goes between the bell housing and block, a flywheel, clutch, clutch fork, bell housing, shifter and boot, crossmember, T-5 wiring harness, transmission, clutch cable, 5 speed pedal assembly. Thats about it

wouldn't he need a different driveshaft too?

and ALL the applicable hardware.which is actually the most PITA parts to find for it.

And also the driveshaft,or at least a yoke [patriot]

btw...congrats on the t-top....in '88 there were about 300-500 total mustangs made w/ them, they were discontinued as of '87. but a few sneaked out
