Start with a baseline, but for all the parts you have listed the only way is to test and tune...You forgot to mention your base timming, that also plays a big role in fuel pressure....
What fuel pressure are you running now?...Are you detonating?...
If you're not sure run rich, it's better safe than sorry...

ive had a similar set up and with the timing at 15 degrees i had the fuel pres @38 psi with vacumme off and it ran best, that was after numerous test and tunes
