Go with JLT inttake with 12" air filter, billet flow idlers, Stiegmier stage III port/polish blower, 2.76 or 2.81 blower pulley, catback, Xpipe(depends on what you like sound wise, cats or no cats), MAFia or perhaps a SCT2400 airflow meter, kenne bell boost-a-pump, may need to upgrade fuel injectors, and a tune then call it a day! with that setup you should be lil over 500rwhp, throw on a 2lbs lower pulley on there and have close to 515-520rwhp!

Didnt know they sold after market intercoolers for the 03/04 cobra, seeing its underneath the blower an all
If you swap out the heat exchanger that is in the front bumper area, that helps out with eliminating some of the heat soak. I am running a Fluidyne one myself.

The only advice I could give you is buy a SCT instead of Diablosport. Hard to find good tuners that deal with Diablosport. Had to go Altered Speed way to far.
