ok so i have yet another exhaust leak, probably my 4th or 5th one now, comming out from the header gaskets. anyone have any ideas let me know, thanks. oh by the way they are the bbk shorty headers.

get the right sized donuts for it. i had that prob with my 89gt.

if they are the oval shaped ports...make sure to get the gaskets from Mr. Gaskets that fit those perfectly...

or get the metal gaskets from Earl's that have an asbestos center....they're real soft and basically will conform to any slight defect in the material

Make sure you are unbolting the header from the H/X pipe when you're changing the gasket. You don't want to put any stress on the header while you're bolting it on.
