small puff of white smoke on start up car will also hesitate for a split second sometimes while at cruising speed. Codes are not coming up??

white smoke - water - head gasket
blue smoke - oil
black smoke - fuel

A little white when the engine is cold is okay. My smoke is black when i shit on camaros.

not funny guys ... lol ... yeah generally white smoke is a sign of a blown head gasket but it could be even a bad intake manifoldgasket. It could be just condensation. Go to a radiator shop and ask if they can do a blue water test to check for exhaust gas coming through the exhaust passages.

nope...car seems fine now other than the stu stu stutter after hight speeds. No more white smoke...I think it must have been a cold morning.

only if it was constantly Smoking it would probbaly be headgasket,cracked head,or cracked block
