i'm planing on buying lower control arms in a month or two.
So far, i've heard that the maximum motorsport adjustable ones are the best? they are pretty expensive though..
what's the difference between the adjustable ones and the standard MM ones? i mean.. other than the ability of adjusting the height of the rear? does it change the angle? are the adjustables even worth it?
What about upper control arms? which ones are the best to get?

the adjustable ones let you adjust the rear ride height. if you dont need that feature, just get the regular ones and some fms uppers

this is supposed to be my daily driver, however.. i really don't drive it daily and will mostly be my track car since i'll probably get my first non-mustang automobile by the end of this year.
so.. so far getting the standard MM lower control arms and upper FMS is the way to go??

You should have came by our shop yesterday for the Fall Fordfest. The Maximum Motorsports Reps were on hand to answer your questions.

I would get the Maximum units and just the Ford Uppers. You do not want to get Uppers which have stiff bushings or your car will have binding. If you want the Maximum units we have them in stock.

I have had great results with my HPM mega bites. Ive heard great results from the steeda ones that you can ajust the spring perch height with a wrench without having to remove anything, raises and lowers the rear to fit slicks

i used the granatelli adjustable lowers. I had problems on mine because you could not lower the rear enough to make it look right and have the sway bar on. Not sure if the MMs have the same problem. I just ran with no rear sway bar

I would NEVER trust any Granatelli suspension parts. There are countless tales of their stuff failing! Yes, their stuff looks like Maximum's BUT they are not even close in quality and are made in China. You can go to Corral.net, Norcalwildhorses.com, and corner-carvers.com to see various discussions about Granatelli junk.
