I have this wierd problem ever time that i press i the clutch pedal my car makes a CLUNK! sound, I have no idea what it could be; also when i start up my car it sounds like my transmission ticking and clicking untill i press in the clutch. Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be? Or has anybody had this happen to them B4?

I'm guessing your throwout bearing.

Maybe your clutch fork is bent and hitting the bellhousing.

Check the transmission and bell housing bolts. I worked on a car the other day that was hard to get into gear, and the clutch made all kinds of noises. I was doing head gaskets on the car, and the grounds were going to the top bell housing bolts, which were hand tight. I tightened all the bolts up, grounded the wires in the right place, and now the clutch works great.

If thats not the problem, sounds like your bearing retainer could be messed up, not letting the T/O bearing slide like it should.
