well the can looks like it's about 80 years old
you put it in your engine via vacuum line and it cleans out all the carbon deposits. just go to autozone, napa etc. and read the bottle

i used it...put it in gas tank...and used it in the brake booster vaccum...never smelt a worse smell...my car idled smoother..rpms came down quicker in between shifts...i think my car liked it...sea foam...good shit.

worked good for me when i used it for both stangs.. both cars smoked like hell for a good 3 minutes but as stated my idle was better after.. i like it.. never heard anything bad about it.

It is to decarbonize your engine. I have used the GM stuff not the sea foam before. We actualy used a bore scope to do a before and after look at a cyl. We used the GM top end cleaner on. It removed a good 90% of all the carbon in there. This was on a very carboned up cyl. it would ping when you free reved it LOL
