just like the title says, i need a new distributor. but i dont know any thing about them. what would be a good brand to go with? how about what type of model? right now my car is mostly stock with a few bolt ons and i dont see it making any big changes any time soon. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

What's wrong with the one you have now? I would just get a stock replacement. You should be able to pickup a used one on this site cheap. Make sure it comes with the TFI module in case that is the problem with yours.
