you can do the front struts yourself bro. it aint hard....

-untorque your front wheels
-jack the car up, then completely remove your front wheels
-put jackstand on each side of the car, so you can use the jack on each wheel hub
-once jack stands are holding the car up, put the jack under one of the wheel hubs, and jack it up a little, so that the jack will hold up the side, once you unbolt the strut
-unbolt the factory strut from the strut tower (youll need vise grips or something to hold strut bolt after some turns)
-unbolt the factory strut from the wheel hub
-unbolt the tierod
-now, lower your jack slowly, just to the point where you got enough room to just take the strut out.

-then place the new strut in place
-bolt it to the wheelhub
-jack the side up a little bit
-bolt the tierod back in
-place strut bolt on the bolt, and bolt it down haha

-repeat on other side...

this is what i did on my wifes 01 GT...not hard at all....you might even be able to get by by not unbolting the tierods...

if your also doing springs (in the future), all you need to add to that is to remove the brake caliper, and give slack to the brake lines, then lower the jack as far as it can go (after you remove the front strut, of course).

am i missing anything???

marek
