Ok my 1990 drop failed smog. the NO readings were too high. What will contribute to that? Also awhile back someone came by the house and hooked up a scanner to my car and it read code 44 and 94 any ideas and this will help. thanks in advance

The one I have is called Ford Fuel Injection and Electronic Engine Control by Charles Probst. It is well worth the $30
