I was wondering what cam should I go with I have a set of ported edelbrock heads with a performer intake and the E cam right now I’m just putting the heads on so I’m wondering if I should change the cam while it is down I was thinking of the trick flow stage 1 do you think I would notice a difference

Thanks casey

Is smog an issue? If not I would go with an F cam.

E cam is a good cam,I probably would want a TFS stage 1 over an E cam but, they are pretty similar...kinda like the middle cam between the e and f cams.

I'd run the E cam and add 1:7 rocker arms. If your running 2.02 intake valves in the edelbrock heads then stick with the 1.6's.

I run the E cam its not the greatest but should definately be better than stock. What are your goals for this car?

Off the shelf = X-303 cam. Talk to 93pony about it.

What kind of times is the car runnin now? Seems like there are easier ways to add power rather than a cam swap? You cant be to far off low 13s with those heads goin on.

Are you auto or stick? what gear do you have in the rear? Get some drag radials and go to the track with what ya got,you might be close to cage country already! [burnout]
