4k??? Dude, it's a stage 1 cam...not 3. [Roll Eyes]

You would be just fine with a 2800-3000. You don't need alot due to the 4.10's.

I would call a converter company and tell them what your doing and they will set you up with something sweet.

Call Andre at "edge" just do a google search on the web it should pop rite up! I just ordered a 9.5 inch street/strip non lock up about 3500 stall and love it! The converter knocked over a half second off my 1/8th mile alone & feels like a totally different car its awesome!! The converter was about 500 bucks but you will be sorry if ya cheap out on the converter trust me. [burnout]

When you outgrow that, you can have it restalled for what ever you need.

Unfortunately, with autos...you either run a converter that's way too big in hopes of what you will need in the future...or you the converter you need for today and run the number. It's up to you. [Wink]

GER, i bought an aod from them with a 3000 stall, tranny shifted great stall speed was perfect for my application only problem was there customer service SUCKED. took me 2 months to get my damn tranny. the same women answered the phone everytime i called, and she'd have a different story. i guess i was one of the few to get a decent tranny though, everyone else tells me their no good.
