since it has a aftermarket cold air intake on it, it will make a noise from the intake. When i turn my GT off with my CAI it makes a blow out sound. I like that noise, my Jeep also does it

Mustangs usually come with air silencers, someone must have taken that out. Mine was removed but i never noticed any noise until i installed the CAI

Well i need to get one because its really annoying, where do i get on from and i think my idler pulley is going out, does the smog pumps go out??

i would get a second opinion on the noise your hearing. The noise i hear isn't annoying so i am thinking its not your intake it might be something else.
