A friend of mine (stateofkunfusion) sprayed my taillights with a mixture of clearcoat and black paint, and after sanding and polishing, it looks perfect. I know I will need LED bulbs for the back, but my question is can I do the same to the headlights if I use brighter than stock bulbs, like LEDs? Thanks

VHT Niteshade is what I have but I haven't used it, you can spray it on however many coats you want but I think its only for the rear taillights. It lets the red show through when your lights come on.

Thanks. Does anyone know if I will be able to use the Black/clearcoat mixture on the headlights? It doesn't seem like headlight blackouts would be much different than the clear/black mix I used.
