need a hook-up on smog live in hayward willing to travel let me know. just smoged it about 6 months ago and somebody turned me in b/c they think i am a gross polluter. it has to be a test only so if you could help give me a call 510 909 2919

I don't think you have any options with a ref. You can't just "KNOW" someone. Better get to work and start turning it into a SMOG legal car.
