The middle main headlamp is working on both the driver and passenger side and that is all. The blinkers will work when turned on and the reverse and brake lights work when pressed but the lights do not come on when you push on the headlamp switch.

What to replace/check???

I have checked all fuses which revealed nothing.
I have replaced the ignition Switch.

What next?

do the high beams work?
and just for an overkill question, did you replace the bulbs?

The bulbs wouldn't be out if the signals work when I use them and the tailights work when I apply the brakes.

Yes the high beams work.

unless your car is different, the turns and the headlights use different bulbs and wiring. if not, your headlights would flash when you used the turn signal.
