Any (75w90 or 80w90) GL5 gear oil is fine, just don't for get the Trac Lok differential additive....If you like you can add synthetic, but the only advantage is cooler diff temps...If you just drive it on the street it would probabaly be better buy the regular oil and save your money....

BTW ~The Ford # for the diff additive is C8AZ-19B546-A or equivalent....
