Would i see a big increase of hp if i install a pair of Street legal Performer with 2.02'' Intake Valves, 60cc and 1.7 rockers and an e303 cam??? [Confused]

What intake do you have? If you are going to match that thing up to a performer intake then you will see massive gains over stock. I mean, like over 60 HP easy. You will be throwing people in their seats if you can hook all that up on the pavement.

But if you are going to run a stock intake and choke the hell out of the motor, your not being very smart. Also, if you are upgrading from aftermarket heads and cam etc. already then you won't notice a huge gain. ALways do the HCI together to see the biggest gains. Matching the parts together helps more than some realize as well.

I would also look into a better cam. The e303 is old technology and there are many better cams out there. TFS stage 1 cam maybe, or look in the comp cams catalog, although they are more expensive [burnout]

i don't think the 2.02 heads are street legal if thats an issue for you.

only the performer 5.0's w/ the 1.90

It will be a nice increase over stock. But as stated above you should use the performer intake or some other aftermarket intake and a 65MM TB. I had the performer heads with the stock intake cam and TB, it pulled great to 4500rpm and then just fell flat. Iput on the performer intake and 65MM TB and picked up 3 tenths at the track. I still have the stock cam which sucks but it's still pretty quick. I messed around with C5 vette on 280 last weekend he pulled me by a fender from 70-110MPH not too shabby for a 150K shortblock.

Sounds like a good setup. You should probably check piston to valve clearance though. Those 2.02 valves may hit the top of the pistons.
