on heavy acceleration my car seems to have a hesitation/chatter. Ussualy in 4th and 5th. Plugs, wires, and fuel related items have been inspected and or replaced with the last six months.

Clutch on it's way to replacement again?

That doesnt sound like a clutch problem to me, is the car slower all the time or just 4th & 5th? When was the last clutch put in? Does it slip?

Put the car in 5th w/ the E-brake up and hold it.

As you ease out of the clutch and give some gas....if the rpms "bog" down and drop then the clutch probably isn't slipping but if the rpm's climb it might be signs of it starting to go [Frown]

if it slips that bad then you would notice it during any spirited driving. if its just starting to go you can powershift 3rd to 4th and see how it grabs. mine is starting to go, but the only time i notice is with the drag radials on and shifting into second
