hey guys i need help with my flexplate i am putting a 89 mustang 5.0 motor in my 64 ranchero and i am using a 69 C4 transmission. i need to know what year flexplate to use. thanks

get a flexplate for a 1979 Mustang with a 5.0/302 engine

exactly what I informed you of using [Confused] that is the only car that Ford ever made that came with the 50oz Flexplate and a C-4.

Your only other option is to buy a brand new 50oz flywheel for use with the C-4,which will be alot more expensive then just going and getting a 25-30 flexplate for the above mentioned car.
