NOTE: I have an AOD tranny
Ok well I finally figured out how to put the double hump crossmember onto my car which originally had the 4 banger crossmember....The problem I ran into is that the tranny mount doesn't line up with the holes on the crossmember.
there's a metal plate which bolts onto the tranny and theres a black metal bracket that bolts onto that that hooks up to the tranny mount. The holes on the tranny mount doesn't line up with that black bracket and neither does it line up with the holes on the bottom of the crossmember....
To solve this problem I removed the black metal bracket and bolted the tranny mount straight to the crossmember because the holes on the tranny mount will only line up correctly with either the crossmember or the metal plate, but not to both at the same time like it should. Because of that theres about a half an inch gap between the tranny and the tranny mount and the tranny mount is only bolted onto the crossmember and not to the actually tranny....Why doesn't it line up correctly??? Is there a differece between an AOD and a t5 crossmember?? Can someone please help me!!

yeah it was a 4 banger....actually you might know the guy I bought it from...his name is gio...anyways so I just have to find a crossmember with all the parts to fit on an AOD??? I think I have the right crossmember but the wrong tranny mount.
