Wondering what are the possible tires sizes I can run with the stick 5 star wheels (I have a 96GT). 245/45/r17 are currently on the car. What's the smallest 17" tire I can run on the wheels?

Why would you want to go smaller? I'd stick with 245/45's [patriot]

You can get away with 245/35's, but they look like shit. I have also seen 235/35's and those look fuckin STUPID. Both were on 17X9 rims. I would assume a 235 on a 17X8 would be okay, but still look retarded. You guys need to stick with 245 at the very least like hidnnos said.
